Recent Notable Installation:

 

 

·         In Summer 2009, Synthetic Plastering completed the Rosie O’Gradys located at 279 W. Nine Mile Road, Ferndale, MI. This project consisted of approximately 2,000 square feet of stucco, 240 lineal feet of E.I.F.S. cornice shape, 650 square feet of cultured stone and six fire pit bases. This project was installed using Senergy’s Two-Coat Stucco System, using a custom tan color with fine texture and the E.I.F.S. shape is black with smooth texture. The cultured stone used was Owens Corning Profit Alpine Ledgestone.

 

·         In Winter/Spring 2010, Synthetic Plastering completed a residence located at 7252 Colony Drive, West Bloomfield, MI. This project consisted of approximately 2,000 square feet of E.I.F.S. This project was installed using Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive Design System, which consist of; Senersheild R and/or Tyvek Stucco Wrap over substrate (to waterproof), a drainage track with weep holes (placed at the bottom of the substrate), foam, the base coat (cement coat), reinforced fiber glass mesh (to make it a hard shell), and finally the finish coat gives it the color and texture (applied with a hawk & trowel). For this particular project we used two different finish colors #875 Grey Cloud Sahara Finish and #410 Snow Texture Finish. Also we installed approximately 500 Square Feet of Quarry Ridge Cultured Stone, Rustic Ledgestone Frost with a limestone sill.

 

·         During the Summer of 2010, Synthetic Plastering completed 15 Taco Bell remodels. These stores consisted of approximately 1000 to 2000 square feet of E.I.F.S. per location using STO’s Gold Coat System with various bright color schemes. Also installed cultured stone columns.

 

·         During Summer of 2010, Synthetic Plastering completed a Buffalo Wild Wing which is located in Chesterfield Twp, MI. This project consisted of remodel E.I.F.S. parapet walls. This project was installed using Senergy’s Standard PB System, which consists of; foam, Base Coat (cement coat), reinforced fiber glass mesh (to make it a hard shell), and then the finish coat is applied. Using approved Buffalo Wild Wing colors. Also approximately 600 square feet of cultured stone was installed on the entrance walls and columns.

 

·         During Spring through Fall of 2010, Synthetic Plastering completed two Life Time Fitness Locations. One in Centennial, Colorado and the second in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Each location consisted of 20,000 square feet of E.I.F.S (including flat wall areas and cornice shapes). These projects were installed using Senergy’s Standard PB System, which consists of; foam, Base Coat (cement coat), reinforced fiber glass mesh (to make it a hard shell), and then the finish coat is applied. The colors used were Champagne with Sahara Finish on the exterior and Bright White with Sahara Finish on the interior areas.
